Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because each piece is one of a kind and carefully handled, processing times allow us to properly prepare and package your garment before shipment.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Was Lost Now Found is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Was Lost Now Found is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with providing tracking information when needed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can review the issue.
